Excavator Services

Arkansas One Call strives to find ways to work with the Excavators that use our service. Below are the most common tools and information that can help excavators.

tickets@arkonecall.com is your connection into Arkansas One Call. If you have a problem or issue that affects damage prevention, you can use this email to address your concerns. If possible, please provide a ticket number and a brief description of the issue. Some common areas of concern are:

Caller Information: Were good address/directions provided? Could you reach someone at the contact numbers provided? Was the site marked with white or was enough information provided so marking could occur? Was it an emergency?

Call Center Training & Procedures: Were the right questions asked? Was the correct information entered? Was the call handled professionally and courteously?

Mapping: Was the AOC mapping information accurate and up-to-date?

Utilities: Were the markings on the dig site from the utilities accurate and were responses timely? Was good information provided to sub contractors for locate requests?

E-Ticket

E-Ticket

E-Ticket is Arkansas One Call's online ticket entry system. Simply register for the service, then begin entering your locate requests. You need all the same information as you would when you call. E-Ticket allows our users the ability of entering in their locates when it's most convenient for them.

Design Associates

Both Arkansas One Call and ARKUPS partnered together to address the need of line locates for design purposes. Realizing that surveys are not covered by State Law but are crucial to damage prevention, impact project costs, and cause delays, the Design Associate Membership was developed.

With the Design Associate membership, AOC and ARKUPS are able to provide an option to those involved in design projects. For more information click here.

AOC Holidays

Holidays observed by the Arkansas One Call center can play a big role in the time until your locate request is marked.

The holidays observed by AOC are NOT counted in the two working days allotted for the utilities to mark their underground facilities.

The holidays observed are:

  • New Years Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Hours of Operation

Arkansas One Call is staffed 24/7, however after hours, on holidays, and the weekends the available personel is there to take care of the emergencies that arise outside of normal business hours.

AOC's normal office hours are:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

We ask that if you do need to submit a locate request outside of normal business hours and this locate is NOT an emergency, please do so online through E-Ticket.
