Ticket Management

Ticket Management is a web based application that allows members to manage their notifications on-line. There are four areas of access:

GIS

AOC is thrilled to work with and offer, to members and excavators alike, tools to speed up the process of giving, getting, and responding to locate requests. We have invested heavily in GIS mapping software that allows for the use of GPS to pinpoint the work site on a map and have the corresponding member notification databases use the same coordinates.

Over time, the accuracy of our base maps will improve as our callers tell us about new areas and our members, 911 coordinators, and ARKUPS field personnel (DPS) help verify street location information. The ARKUPS DPSs drive, in GPS equipped trucks, over three million miles annually, providing continuous base map updates for AOC.

E-Ticket

E-Ticket

Fast and Easy, On-line Locate Requests! Submit requests anytime and the Call Center will process them Monday through Friday, 7AM through 5PM. Receive via email, a copy of each locate request along with a list of member utilities that will be notified. All you have to do is register to use E-Ticket. Once you are registered you can begin entry immediately. No training is necessary. Fill in a few fields and submit your request to the Call Center.
