Ticket Problems?
The tickets@arkonecall.com email address is a tool used to report issues or problems
with tickets.
It's not used to call in new tickets, updates on existing tickets, or to request
additional marks.
If you need a new locate request or an update to an existing one less that 20 working
days old, simply call 811, or 1 (800) 482-8998. This will connect you with one of
our professional CSRs who can quickly take your information and submit your request.
You can also enter your ticket online using
E-Ticket.
Simply follow the link and you can register or login and you can be entering in
your own ticket in no time. Please remember that E-Ticket cannot be used for Emergencies.
All emergencies MUST be called in to the call center.
